The wine program at Cafe di Scala is unique in that it is the only 100% Italian List in Iowa. Guests will find familiar, traditional grapes, but might also explore more up-and-coming varietals like Montepuliciano from Abruzzo. Unusual finds such as Lagre in from Trentino, Negroamaro from Apulia and Gaglioppo from Calabriaalso make an appearance.

"Scala Sips," our version of wine flights, are available so guests may sample wines from a particular region.
