Owner Tony Lemmo (left) and Chef Phil Shires joined forces nearly seven years ago. It's truly a match made in heaven as Scala's kitchen combines Lemmo's Calabrese style with Shires' classical training.  With a James Beard "Best Chef Midwest" nomination and recognition from both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast, this dynamic duo have been serenading palates with some of the most imaginative pasta dishes and Italian wines this side of the Atlantic.
